Delete your Flyary account

Ask us by email

Email ondra@flyary.app from the email address you use for Flyary and ask us to delete your account. We'll delete it and its data, usually within a few days and always within 30 days, and reply to confirm.

We can only act on requests sent from the account's own address, so nobody can delete an account that isn't theirs.

Or delete it in the app

If you still have Flyary: Settings → Profile → Delete account, enter your password and confirm. It happens straight away.

Want to keep your flights? Export them first (Settings → Export to CSV, or the link on the delete screen).

What gets deleted

• your account and your login details
• all your flights
• your profile name and photo
• your friends list and invites (your friends will no longer see you)
• your email-forwarding address and the record of emails you forwarded
• your usage analytics: your analytics profile straight away, the individual usage records within a few weeks

What we keep

Nothing that identifies you. We keep one anonymous count that an account was deleted, with how old it was and how many flights it had, so we can see how many people leave.

Deleting your account can't be undone.
